Information we collect

We process the account details you provide, such as your email address, prompts, creative settings, uploaded reference images, generated media, payment identifiers and basic security or usage logs. Shnix does not store your full card or UPI credentials.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, create and deliver videos, maintain character and story continuity, operate credits and payments, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability.

Service providers

Shnix uses specialist providers to operate the service, including Supabase for account and application data, Vercel for hosting, Razorpay for payments, Resend for transactional email, and generation providers such as Runway, fal.ai and Sarvam. Only the information needed to perform a requested function is shared with them, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. We use access controls, signed media access and server-side provider credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some payment, security or legal records may need to be retained where required by law.
