Refund Policy

Failed generations

If Shnix cannot complete a generation, the reserved video credit is automatically returned to the user account. This credit return is normally visible as soon as the failure is finalized.

Completed generations

AI outputs are creative and probabilistic. A completed, delivered generation normally consumes one credit even where the style or creative interpretation differs from a user's preference. Users should provide clear prompts and review outputs before external use.

Payment issues

Duplicate charges, verified unauthorized transactions, or payments where purchased credits were not delivered will be investigated. Contact us within seven days of the payment and include the Razorpay payment ID and account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider.
